    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
    Please note that we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (during product drops or sales), shipments may be delayed by an additional 24 hours. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We partner with premium local couriers (such as Royal Mail and Evri) for the final leg of the delivery to ensure your package arrives safely at your doorstep.

 

4. INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT
To ensure we can offer free shipping and keep our prices accessible, Lumée Labs operates with centralised international fulfillment centres.
Depending on stock availability, your item may be shipped from our warehouse in the UK or our international hub. Rest assured, all orders are shipped via premium tracked air freight.

 

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Lumée Labs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for UK orders under £135, additional fees are rarely charged.

 

6. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and email us immediately at support@lumeelabs.com with photos so we can send a replacement free of charge.
If your package is lost in transit (no update for 15+ days), we will reship a new one to you immediately.

 

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lumée Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
