  1. RETURNS
    All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging (box, manual, accessories) intact.

 

2. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please email customer service at support@lumeelabs.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or the address of our nearest return centre.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

 

3. REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

4. EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used cosmetic liquids (e.g. serums, toners) for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards.
