Where is my order dispatched from?
To ensure you receive the most recent production batch and the latest technical refinements, all orders are dispatched directly from our Global Fulfilment Centre. How long does delivery to the UK take?
We utilise Premium Tracked Express shipping for all UK orders. Your Lumée Labs parcel will typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email within 48 hours of dispatch, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.
Will I have to pay Customs or VAT?
No. We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all UK customers. The price you see at checkout is final. Lumée Labs handles all import duties, taxes, and customs paperwork on your behalf. There are no hidden fees or surprise bills upon arrival.

How do I handle a return?
While our fulfilment is global, our support is local. For your peace of mind, we provide a UK-based return address for any authorised warranty assessments or returns. You will never be required to ship a device internationally for a return.
Can I return a used product?
Due to the personal nature of skincare technology and strict hygiene standards, we only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.
